'What has the EU got wrong about Brexit?' is a lecture I gave at the University of Edinburgh's Transatlantic Seminar Series a few weeks ago. It's based on a series of pieces I wrote earlier this year for the Clingendael Institute and is intended to look away from the mesmerising mess of the UK side of Brexit in order to cast a more critical eye over the EU's approach and handling of it.
That said, this, and my work more generally on this topic, is more of an overview of different critiques of the EU's handling of Brexit and is therefore not a single case against the EU.
You can find the video on the University of Edinburgh's Transatlantic Seminar Series website.
